Thank you so much, my english not very good, but I´ll try to write english. I´m 32 and I like the medical exams. Your experiences are interesting and little bit suprised for me, because medical exam in my country are not so frequent and detailed as your in Russia. We have only professional army and we canceled medical exam for recruits few years ago

In doctor´s office. She was sending an invitation card home. I went with my mother (always). In doctor´s office, I had to strip to underwear. A nurse took my weight, height and a blood pressure while my mother was talking with the doctor about my condition. The doctor checked my sight, hearing and body posture. As last, she told me that I stripped my shorts to the knee and this was the worst thing, because I was very shy, but I had to doing it. She checked my scrotum with her fingers and I had to pull down my foreskin and showed a glans penis. That was a very shameful for me, doctor and nurse looking at me, my mother not, she stayed behind my back. In 11 I had a problem with a foreskin, I went to a hospital.

I can´t imagine your feelings from your physical exams, because you have group exams, more doctors and they check you in front of other people.
Are people in Russia less shy?
Or how do Russians see this public nudity for example in army/doctors?
How often do you have the physical exams in Russia now?

Lebo tam bola doktorka a sestrička, cudzí ľudia, nebol som zvyknutý na niečo také. Rovnako by som sa hanbil, keby tam bol muž. Nevedel som to, prekvapilo ma to.

Конечно немного унизительно, но при этом немного становилось легче потому что другим также нужно было пройти эту процедуру - снять трусы перед доктором. Но надо заметить что в России также можно пройти индивидуальный медицинский осмотр и тогда проходить в общем потоке не нужно.

I would not say Russians are too shy or less shy. It is all the same as in any other country. Perhaps scandinavians are less concerned about nudity.
School physicals were introduced back in ussr so that to make sure all the kids were checked and the illnesses if any were diagnosed early rather than later. That was why every year doctors came to school to do check ups of all pupils. I am not sure how it works now but i think it is pretty the same with the difference that not every year a child has a proper exam.
Tell us more about your experience of physical exam as a kid. Did your mother always accompany you? Did you strip to underwear. When doctor came to that part of exam when your genitals were examined, did the doctor lower down your undies or you were told to do so? How far down would your undies go? Was your anus checked? Did the doctor make comments about your sexual development? Was your mum in the exam room at that moment? How did you feel about the exam? Did you discuss it with your friends? Did any of them tell you how they were examined?

She asked me and my mother about my condition, injuries etc., no expressly about sexual development. I think, she saw everything was ok. My mum was in doctor´s office all the time, but she stayed behind me and she did see checking of my genitals. I was very afraid exams because I was ashamed before doctor and nurse. We made a funny with my friends, because not everyone went to the same doctor, but we did not talk about it in a detailed.
